Include Youth is proud to announce the successful launch of its expanded ‘Give and Take’ programme into the Cavan/Monaghan areas! The programme, partnering with Tusla, will empower care-experienced and young people from disadvantaged communities. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to transforming lives and creating opportunities for young people throughout Ireland.
The launch event was a tremendous success, featuring inspiring testimonials from previous participants who shared how the ‘Give and Take’ programme has positively impacted their lives. Their stories highlight the profound change that tailored support and mentorship can bring, reinforcing our mission to unlock the potential of young people. A young person artistically plant pots and gifted them on the day.
For over 45 years, Include Youth has dedicated itself to supporting care-experienced young people and those from disadvantaged communities. The ‘Give and Take’ programme is designed to equip participants with essential life skills, qualifications, and employability training, while also fostering personal development. This expansion of the programme underscores our commitment to growth and stability, ensuring that young people across Ireland have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Through personalised support, practical tools, and mentorship, the ‘Give and Take’ programme addresses the unique needs and aspirations of each participant. We believe that every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and our aim is to provide them with the skills and confidence to navigate their futures successfully.
Include Youth is excited about the future of the ‘Give and Take’ programme and looks forward to continuing to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people in Cavan/Monaghan and the surrounding areas. Include Youth Ireland have partnered with Tusla, Cavan/ Monaghan Education Training Board on educational aspects of the programme with Teach Oscail. The programme is being funded through Dormant Accounts funding.
