Did you know?

Give and Take is scheme for 16-21 years old who have experience of living in care

So what happens? 

  • You meet with a youth worker and you both put a plan together of what you would like to achieve
  • You can attend up to 4 days a week
  • You can achieve your essential skills, Maths, English, ICT and ESOL. (English as Second Other Language)  You can gain up to level 2 which is the equivalent of 2 A levels
  • You get a free lunch everyday
  • Incentives (payment) for every day you attend
  • Meet new friends
  • Fun activities and day trips
  • Get involved in social action projects
  • You will benefit from one to one support with a youth worker

Give and Take has 7 offices across Northern Ireland. They are;

  • Ballymena
