The Youth Worker will assess the needs of young people referred to the various strands of the Give & Take programme and develop and deliver person-centred support tailored to their individual needs. The role involves designing and implementing employability-focused programmes that build confidence, develop skills, and support young people to progress into education, training, or employment. The successful candidate will also work collaboratively across a range of funded programmes within Include Youth, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services and achieving programme outcomes.
